Sweet Baby

Macy at 15 weeks old

It still shocks me to think that we only just met this sweet pup 14 weeks ago when she was only ten days old. The first time I held her she was as big as a guinea pig, and now she's too big to carry! Her physical changes as she's grown up have been astonishing to witness. Every morning my little girl can't wait to feast her eyes on Macy to see what has grown overnight! Her tail and her toes were so little, and now her tail almost touches the floor when she's standing. Macy has been everything and more that I could have hoped for in a pup—she's smart, sweet, and a quick learner. I'm still in awe of her beauty! We are so blessed to have such a great pup! I wish all dogs in the world could be loved as much as we love ours!

  2. Wait until she hits her first really big growth spurt - all of a sudden she will be so big you can't believe it!

  3. I think Jasmine is a stiff competition in being loved ;-) Macy really does look lovely.

I still remember when we brought home J.D. (our male Rottweiler) he was the size of daughter's Chihuahua. That lasted for about a week .... ;-)

  7. Yeah!they do grow overnite. it broke my heart when i got up one day and realised i can no longer pick ginger up.so i taught her to climb up on my lap and lie down there when i sit close to her..some consolation.

your baby is growing up to be a fine golden.
we especially like the pics from when macy and her friend got all muddy! so endearing!

  8. We're going through the same puppiness right now! We first held Avalon at 3 weeks, however, and what a little adorable thing she was! Now, she's spunky and assertive and confident and so cute! And we just adore her big sis as always - Golden Sammie, our lifelong pal. Know how you feel! Thanks for sharing!
    Hugs xoxoxo
